1. Research the nearest public market of the city
You will learn more about the culture by eating the local foods and dishes. Not only is it cheaper, but you can shop with local farmers & street vendors without spending a fortune on fast food.
If you’re health conscious, you’ll be able to find alternative food options if you’re a vegan/vegetarian.
2. Find a local Gym
Going to the gym is a great way to start your day. You’ll build muscle, lose weight, improve your mood and look great for the opposite sex.
3. Cook your own meals
It’s a good idea to cook your own meals to stay healthy and save money in the long run. You’ll know exactly what’s in your food and avoid eating foods that either contain unhealthy ingredients or nasty chemicals.

Another option is to boil your tap water then place it in the refrigerator. Heat kills any germs and the refrigerator keeps it cool for later use. Add tea or lemon for extra flavor.
8. Get Plenty of Rest
Going out partying every night will take a tool on your health. Don’t be afraid to stay in on certain nights and get plenty of sleep.
Too much partying will burn you out quickly. Always do everything in moderation.
