Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 200 g. of butter
  • 6 garlic cloves

Cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C;
  2. Lightly grease the baking dish with butter;
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper;
  4. Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic to it and slightly fry it. Add rosemary and remove from the heat;
  5. Pour the garlic sauce over the chicken breasts;
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the breasts are done;
  7. Cut the lemon into four slices, add them to the dish, and get it back to the oven for another 3-5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g. of potatoes
  • 6 tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 100 g. of feta cheese
  • A sage leaf
  • A basil leaf
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. of butter
  • 400 g. of canned tomatoes
  • sugar
  • salt
  • ground chili pepper

Cooking:

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are halfway done. Drain the water, cut the potatoes into slices, and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown;
  2. Wash the chicken fillets, dry them, make a side cut in the form of a pocket. Fill them in with slices of feta cheese and seal them with toothpicks. Add salt and pepper;
  3. Heat the remaining butter in a pan and fry the chicken fillets on both sides. Then reduce the heat, add sage leaves, and simmer them under a lid for 10 minutes;
  4. For the sauce, finely chop the onions. Lightly brown them in butter, add tomatoes, salt, pepper and a sprinkle of sugar. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes;
  5. Serve chicken fillets with your potatoes and sauce. You can decorate the dish with fresh basil leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g. of pumpkin pulp
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 5 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 150 g. of arugula
  • 100 g. of frozen green beans
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice 2 tbsp. of pumpkin seeds
  • salt
  • black ground pepper

Cooking:

  1. Cut the pumpkin into slices. Defrost the beans. Wrap your vegetables in foil and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C;
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic;
    Cut the chicken fillet into slices, coat it with garlic. Add salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan, and fry the fillet for a few minutes;
  3. Chop the tomatoes into slices;
  4. Fry the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan;
  5. Wisk the remaining olive oil with lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste;
  6. Wash the arugula leaves. Mix them in a deep bowl with pumpkin, beans, chicken, and tomatoes. Pour over salad dressing, mix, and serve. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.

4. LEMON CAKES

Ingredients:

  • 4 lemons
  • 1 tbsp. of grated lemon zest
  • 200 ml. of white wine
  • 150 g. of sugar
  • 2.5 tbsp. of potato starch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 sprigs of mint

Cooking:

  1. Cut the lemon in half across, squeeze out the juice, and gently peel the lemon halves of the remaining fibers;
  2. Mix the juice with half a serving of wine, zest, 100 g. of sugar and halve it over low heat;
  3. Mix the starch with yolks and remnants of wine, add to the juice, bring to a boil, and then let it cool off;
  4. Whip the egg whites into a thick foam, add the sugar at the end of the whipping;
  5. Stir the foam gently with the cooked mass. Let it chill. Fill the lemons with cream. Decorate the dessert with mint leaves;

5. SHRIMP SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 150 g. of large, peeled shrimps
  • 150 g. of lettuce leaves
  • 150 g. of small champignons
  • 7 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • salt
  • black ground pepper

Cooking:

  1. Boil the shrimp in salted water, then drain it;
  2. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them out, and then cut them;
  3. Clean and fry the mushrooms with 2 tbsp. of olive oil;
  4. Wash and peel the avocado;
  5. Cut the avocado into thin slices and sprinkle them with 1 tbsp. of lemon juice;
  6. Combine all the ingredients and mix;
  7. For the garlic sauce, peel and finely chop the garlic and mix it with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice; Add salt and pepper;
  8. Pour the dressing over the salad.
